肉碎炒生冬菇 (Stir-fry mince meat with wild mushroom)

这个。。。很简单~~~ 我平时是用这个来配意大利面的。。。

材料:
2瓣 蒜头,切碎粒
200g 肉碎
1包 日本生冬菇(shitake mushroom),切半

煮法:
1)烧锅,将牛油溶化,爆香蒜茸
2)倒入肉碎微炒
3)加入生冬菇,炒让冬菇出水。。大概焖10分钟。。
4)加入盐胡椒粉及italian herbs调味
5)上桌。。。
