煎鸡扒

材料:去骨鸡腿
阉料:LP Sauce, 胡椒粉,Italian Herbs
煮法:用中火煎鸡腿直金黄。。




通常食材一买回来,经过处理后我就添加阉料然后放进冰箱冷藏。。
本来要煮西餐的。。就是加意大利面跟黄豆还有鸡蛋的。。后来老公说不回来吃。。所以就一个人煎掉鸡扒。。
