马铃薯焖鸡肉

1)鸡肉腌料:盐,胡椒粉,少许麻油,蚝油,酱油
2)先将马铃薯微煎至表面金黄色,捞起待用。
3)热油,爆蒜头,加鸡肉煎片刻。
4)加入马铃薯和腌料汁,再加少许水,关小火焖片刻至鸡肉熟透。。。上桌~~~
