鸡丝花生糙米粥

材料:鸡胸,花生(前一天浸泡),糙米(前一天浸泡)

煮法:
1)由于花生需要比较长的时间才能软,我打算将花生煮3个小时...
2)将鸡胸汆过,才放入花生高汤里面熬..鸡胸1小时后取出...将鸡胸去骨,鸡肉拔丝..再放入花生高汤里面
注:鸡胸不能太久取出..不然鸡骨就会"散"掉..吃粥就会不时吭到鸡骨了...
3) 在最后一个小时将浸泡好的糙米,倒进高汤里面一起慢火煮....
4)搞定!!加麻油上桌~~~
