花生腐乳焖猪肉

材料:花肉&排骨(用少许盐、胡椒粉、蚝油、麻油腌制),花生(浸泡半天),腐乳(用少许水开溶),姜丝

腌制过的猪肉


煮法:热麻油,爆香姜丝,加入猪肉+花生+腐乳+水,煮滚后转小火焖至花生变软。。。


搞定!!!
